Delivery & returns

DELIVERY We deliver across Bangladesh. Your delivery charge depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you confirm - there is nothing added afterwards. Inside Dhaka city: 1-2 working days. Outside Dhaka: 2-4 working days. You can follow your order any time from the Track Order page using your invoice number and phone. PAYMENT Cash on Delivery: pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please check the parcel before paying. RETURNS If something arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. To return an item it must be unused and in its original packaging. Return delivery is at your cost unless the fault was ours - in which case we cover it.
